I had been using Beachbody programs for almost 8 years before I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach.  Why did it take me that long?  For most of that time I didn’t even know the opportunity existed!  When I did discover that, I didn’t think it was for me.  I mean, who was I in the fitness and nutrition world?  I wasn’t an expert.

Then I realized that for years, I had already been doing what a Coach does – helping people.  I didn’t HAVE to be an expert!  I just had to use what I knew, encourage and motivate people, have results, and know where to find information I did not know, just like I’d been doing.

People already came to me for fitness advice, healthy recipes, asking how I was able to do this or that exercise so well. People wanted to know how ot get to the place I was, health- and fitness-wise.  I finally realized that by becoming a Team Beachbody Coach, I had a much bigger opportunity to actively help people find their way through the maze of information out there, using proven, effective programs.

Now I am part of a company whose goal is to End the Trend of Obesity, to put a large dent into the health problems all around us, by providing the most amazing tools to help achieve goals, whatever they may be.
